Content Writer

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an expert content writer to join our growing marketing team to enrich our blog posts, websites, online content, and marketing copy. As the content writer, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers, boost brand awareness, and drive sales. Ideally, you have an analytical mind, love for writing and editing in all its forms, insatiable curiosity and innate drive to over-deliver.

Duties

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
  • Participate in developing thought leadership content
  • Write clear SEO marketing copy to promote our brand and individual products

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to make edits for a polished written product
  • Coordinate with sales teams to identify content needs and advise on content development and design
  • Promote content on social media
  • Identify customers’ values, needs, and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Update website content as needed

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (2-3 years) as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role for digital marketing
  • Well-developed ability to research, use data from multiple sources, and adapt writing styles and usage to industry terminology and audience
  • Ability to think creatively contributing to ideas while converting them into content deliverables
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing, direct experience a big plus
  • Fluent English (must) with superior writing and editing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or English

Customer Executives

DESCRIPTION

Customer Executives are responsible for generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement. Using a database of leads having shown an interest in our client’s product and services, the Customer Executives will move the leads through a sales and marketing process to educate them, bolster interest, and prepare them for speaking with the sales team.

Duties

  • Prospecting for new clients/ sales lead generation.
  • Direct communication with leads via e‐mail and telephone so as to qualify them prior to and promoting/marketing our clients and their product range/services to the qualified leads.
  • Accurately inputs and documents actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
  • Generate a specific number of sales leads each month to meet assigned target.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Alert superiors of client issues when necessary
  • Serve as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager

Email Marketing Specialist

We are hiring an Email Campaign Marketing Specialist to add to our growing marketing department.  The candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of email campaigns for our clients.

In this demand-generation focused role, the candidate will develop integrated marketing programs that deliver new leads, nurture existing leads through the funnel, and ultimately secure sales pipeline, and bookings.

The ideal candidate should have a previous background developing/implementing email campaign strategies, a good command of email platforms as well as best practices in email marketing and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform set-up, testing, and deployment of all email campaigns.
  • Manage email lists and email campaigns including content development, list management, build email content in template, launch campaigns, track, measure and report on campaigns.
  • Monitor, track and report all e-mail marketing campaigns (including open rates, conversion etc.) and develop test campaigns to leverage new initatives and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to develop cohesive campaigns that are targeted, relevant, and on brand.
  • Monitor daily email sends and data transfer processes to ensure proper execution of the email program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience implementing email or marketing campaigns preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in HTML development preferred; working knowledge of all the facets of email development and implementation
  • Familiarity with an email service platform, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud [formerly ExactTarget]
